Dear Parents and Students,

Thank you for being part of the Little Play Space learning community.
To support meaningful learning, fair teaching practices, and a respectful shared environment, we have refined our 2026 Terms & Conditions. The following outlines the core principles of our partnership.

While this document is primarily written for parents or guardians, students are encouraged to read it as well, so everyone shares the same understanding of how our learning community works.

1. Programme-Based Commitment

Fees are charged by programme, term, or theme rather than individual sessions.
Your enrolment secures a dedicated learning slot (individual or group, depending on the programme) and supports consistent curriculum planning and progression.
Pro-rated fees may apply for mid-term enrolment.

2. Annual Price Review & Loyalty Protection

Little Play Space conducts an Annual Price Review to reflect teaching quality, programme development, and operational sustainability.

Families with continuous enrolment and timely payment will have their Loyalty Rate protected.

Withdrawal or billing pauses will result in re-enrolment at the prevailing rate.
Families who wish to pause attendance without losing their Loyalty Rate may do so by making advance full-term payments where applicable.

3. Fees & Payment Policy

All fees are payable in advance, based on the selected Programme, Term, or Theme. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Programme structures may include term-based, annual, or theme-based formats and will be clearly explained during enrolment.

4. Attendance, Absence & Learning Continuity

We understand that life happens, and flexibility works best when it is applied fairly and thoughtfully. At Little Play Space, our priority is continuous learning, while also respecting educators’ time, schedules, and professional sustainability.

Illness & Medical Absences

Absences due to illness supported by a valid Medical Certificate (MC) may qualify for rescheduling or alternative learning support, subject to availability.
The 48-hour notice requirement does not apply to medically certified illness.
For serious or extended illness, learning may be supported through online sessions or video notes, with continuity as the priority.

Non-Medical Absences

Individual Classes:
48 hours’ advance notice required. One rescheduling per term, within the same term only.
Group Instrumental Classes:
No individual rescheduling. Catch-up may be arranged by the educator (e.g. arriving earlier), where feasible.
Kindermusik (Theme-Based):
Students may attend another session of the same level (e.g. different day) at no extra charge, subject to space availability. No individual rescheduling.
Kids’ Creative Drama & Chinese Communication (Annual Programme)
Fees cover 40 classes while up to 44 classes are delivered annually.
No rescheduling for absences. Consistent attendance is rewarded through the additional sessions.

General Notes

Absences without sufficient notice or valid MC are considered attended.
All arrangements are subject to educator availability and programme feasibility.
Students are encouraged to attend regularly and communicate early when challenges arise.

5. Workshops & Special Programmes

Workshops, studio classes, performances, and short-term programmes run in a continuous group format and do not offer individual class rescheduling.

Missed sessions are not replaceable or refundable.
Special classes are included at no additional cost only when organised in-house by Little Play Space educators.
Programmes involving guest educators, external venues, or specialised equipment may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Learning Environment, Safety & Supervision

Little Play Space is a professional learning centre, not a childcare service.
Parents or caregivers remain responsible for children before and after scheduled class times, especially for children not yet able to manage themselves independently.
Families are welcome to remain on-site during classes and may enjoy the reading area or shared space while waiting.
Educators’ primary responsibility is teaching during class time and they are not able to provide supervision outside class hours.
If supervision beyond class time is pre-arranged and agreed upon, additional fees will apply.
Parents are responsible for any damage to centre property caused by unsupervised children.

7 . Amendments & Updates

Little Play Space reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice, in the interest of programme quality and operational sustainability.
We thank parents and students for working with us to build a respectful, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.

本文件主要面向家长或监护人阅读，同时也鼓励学生自行阅读，以确保所有对学习安排与运作方式有一致的理解。

1. 课程制承诺

本中心课程以课程项目、学期或主题为单位收费，而非按单节课计算。
您的报名将为学员预留一个固定的学习名额（一对一或小组形式，视所报名课程而定），以支持系统化的课程规划与学习进程的连续性。
若于学期中途加入课程，学费将根据剩余课程比例进行合理计算。
年度收费检视

2. 与忠实学费保障

Little Play Space 将进行年度收费检视，以反映教学质量、课程发展及中心的可持续运作。
持续课程且按时完成付款的家庭，将继续享有其现有的学费价格作为忠实奖励。
若选择退出或暂停缴费，重新报名时将按当年度最新收费标准计算。
若家庭希望短暂暂停上课但保留忠实学费，可在适用情况下通过提前支付完整学期费用来维持原有学费资格。

3. 费用与付款政策

所有费用须根据所选择的课程项目、学期或主题提前支付，付款完成后即视为报名确认。
课程结构可能为学期制、年度制或主题制，相关安排将在报名时清楚说明。

4. 出勤、缺席与学习连续性

我们理解生活中难免会有突发情况，因此在兼顾公平性与教学持续性的前提下，制定以下安排。同时，我们也尊重教育工作者的时间、课程安排与专业可持续性。

因病缺席（医疗原因）

提供有效医生证明（MC）的缺席，可申请时间调整或其他学习支持方式（视课位与师资情况而定）。
经医生证明的病假不受 48 小时提前通知限制。
若为较严重或长期病情，中心将优先通过线上课程或学习视频说明来支援学习进度。

非医疗原因缺席
一对一课程：

需提前 48 小时通知，且每学期完成。

器乐小组课程：

不设个人时间调整便利。在时间许可下，教师可能安排补充学习方式（例如提前到场）。

Kindermusik（主题制课程）：

学员可在有空位的情况下，参加同等级的其他时段课程（例如不同日期），不另收费；不设个人时间调整便利。

儿童创意戏剧与中文沟通课程（年度课程）：

年费涵盖 40 堂课，实际一年内最多提供 44 堂课。
缺席不设时间调整便利；稳定出勤的学员将自然享有额外课堂作为奖励。

一般说明

未提前通知或无有效医生证明的缺席，将视为已出席。
所有安排均视教师时间与课程可行性而定。
我们鼓励学员规律出席，并在遇到困难时尽早沟通。

5. 工作坊与特别课程

工作坊、演出模拟课程、演出及短期课程为连续编排的小组学习体验，不设单节时间调整。
缺席的课程不予补课或退款。
由 Little Play Space 内部教师策划与执行的特别课程，将不另收费。
若涉及外聘导师、外部场地或特殊设备，可能会产生额外费用，并将提前通知。

6. 学习环境、安全与看护责任

Little Play Space 为专业教育学习中心，并非托管或看护机构。
家长或监护人需负责孩子在非上课时间的安全，尤其是尚未能独立自理的儿童。
家庭成员可在上课期间留在中心，使用阅读区或共享空间等候。
教师的主要职责为课堂教学，无法在课后或非上课时间提供看护服务。
若需额外看护安排，须事先沟通并同意相关费用。
因儿童无人看管而造成的中心财产损坏（书籍、乐器、设备等），家长需承担相应责任。

7. 条款修订

Little Play Space 保留在提前通知的情况下，基于课程质量与中心可持续运作，对本条款进行合理修订的权利。
